Sans Rival
Sans Rival is a decadent Filipino dessert made of layers of cashew or pistachio meringue and French buttercream that has its origins in the dacquoise. Topped with toasted cashews or pistachios.

Cheesecakes
Traditional New York cheesecake fused with a variety of Filipino flavors:

Ube (Purple Yam), a bright purple sweet potato used as the base for a traditional pudding-like dessert.

Jackfruit, a fragrant tropical fruit with a taste similar to pineapples.
​
Pandan, a herbaceous tropical plant with a flavor described by Saveur magazine as "floral like vanilla but with a grassy lilt and a tropical bouquet that verges on coconut plus a distinct note of...is that bubblegum?"

Each cheesecake is topped with coconut whipped cream.
